Mesquite Smoked Peppered Beef Tenderloin
Since 1995, our Mesquite Smoked Peppered Beef Tenderloin has been served in homes and at events across the country.
Each tenderloin is individually selected, hand trimmed and rubbed with our special seasoning of ground black pepper and herbs. Then it's mesquite smoked using the traditional method of cooking.
Our Mesquite Smoked Peppered Beef Tenderloin is fully cooked to a perfect medium-rare, flash frozen and sent overnight to you. Preparations are simply thaw, slice and serve. It’s an instant dinner party or celebration in your freezer.
Shipped Fed Ex Standard Overnight. Please schedule delivery at least 3 days prior to serving to allow for any unexpected shipping delays and for thawing time.

If your beef is frozen or cold to the touch and the packaging is sealed and secure, you can either put it in the freezer for up to 1 year, or if you are planning to serve it soon thaw it under refrigeration for at least 24 hours prior to serving.

Preparing Your Tenderloin
Remove from packaging and thaw at room temperature for about 4 hours, or under refrigeration for 24 hours
Slice into 1/4" medallions for hors d'oeuvres (yields 40pcs), no more than 1/2" medallions for entrees (yields 20pcs)
A whole tenderloin should serve approximately 15 as hors d'oeuvres or 8-10 as an entree
