In 1983, Tom Perini decided to open a roadside steakhouse from an old converted barn on the Perini Ranch. Beef has been the center of the plate for Perini Ranch ever since.
For 40+ years, Perini Ranch Steakhouse has preserved the legacy of Cowboy Cooking with authenticity and elevated the experience with the highest quality beef, unmatched setting, and outstanding service.
