Our friend and legendary cowboy poet, Red Steagall, said it best: “Every once in a while, in your life you might need a doctor or a lawyer, but three times a day, seven days a week, you need a farmer or a rancher.” That quote speaks directly to our spirit.
At Perini Ranch Steakhouse, our love for beef, agriculture, and rural living are at the center of everything we do. With Tom’s lifelong ranching experience and Lisa’s roots in Low Country dairy farming, our dedication runs deep. It's more than a tradition and a career, it's our identity.
