Beef is shipped FedEx Standard Overnight. You will be asked to schedule a delivery date during checkout. Please schedule delivery at least 3 days prior to serving to allow for any unexpected shipping delays and for thawing time.
If your beef is frozen or cold to the touch and the packaging is sealed and secure, you can either put it in the freezer for up to 1 year, or if you are planning to serve it soon thaw it under refrigeration for at least 24 hours prior to serving.
