Beef Belief #10 | Red, White & Beef
At Perini Ranch Steakhouse, we believe American beef is one of our nation’s greatest success stories. It represents generations of hard work, innovation, stewardship, and an unwavering commitment to quality that is recognized all over the world. The U.S. beef industry not only produces the safest, highest-quality beef available, it also supports ranching families, rural communities, American jobs, and the enduring spirit of the West.
There’s a reason U.S. beef is considered the gold standard globally. Superior marbling, exceptional flavor, strict safety standards, and world-class cattle care have made American beef the benchmark by which others are measured. From ranchers and veterinarians to feedyards, processors, truck drivers, and chefs, millions of Americans play a role in delivering an extraordinary product from pasture to plate. It’s an industry built on pride, responsibility, and generations of knowledge passed down through families who care deeply about the land and livestock entrusted to them.
That commitment to excellence is why our partnership with Certified Angus Beef® means so much to us. Their uncompromising standards for marbling, tenderness, and flavor perfectly align with the values we hold at Perini Ranch Steakhouse. Whether it’s a mesquite-smoked brisket, a hand-cut steak, or a perfectly smoked, peppered beef tenderloin, every bite reflects the craftsmanship and consistency that make American beef second to none.
For us, sharing the story of U.S. beef has always been a privilege far beyond the ranch gates. Tom has traveled internationally on behalf of the US Meat Export Federation and the Texas Beef Council to promote the export market of US Beef and the ranching lifestyle to audiences across the globe, including Mexico throughout the 1990s, Japan in 1991, Russia and Poland in 2002, as well as the Dominican Republic, Bermuda, and Hong Kong in 2014.
No matter where he traveled, people recognized the same thing we know here at home: American beef stands apart for its quality, flavor, safety, and the tradition behind it.
As we celebrate America this summer and look ahead to our nation’s 250th birthday, we’re proud to support the ranchers, cattle producers, and partners who continue to make the U.S. beef industry the finest in the world. Around every fire, every family table, and every shared meal, American beef continues to bring people together, and that’s something worth celebrating.
