We have been very fortunate to have traveled the world with Dr. and Mrs. Richard Becker of Becker Vineyards and Mr. Guy Stout, Master Sommelier and Certified Wine Educator with Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, tasting and studying wine. Lisa loved bringing back her discoveries and sharing them with customers on a paper wine rack. You can usually tell where we have traveled by the appellations of the wines on Lisa's List. We truly enjoy the art of pairing wine with food, and hope when you get that right, your dining experience is enhanced. Most evenings you can find Lisa at home, cooking, and for sure, she's already selected the wine that is the perfect one to pair with dinner. Lisa has a Level 1 Sommelier certificate, the introductory level of wine knowledge, which means that she's passed a series of tasting tests.

On the Steakhouse menu, we always offer eight to ten wines by the glass, as well as wines by the bottle from Texas, California, Italy, France, and just about anywhere grapes are grown. You'll find plenty of value-priced selections as well as some suggestions for splurges. You can celebrate with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot's iconic Yellow Label Champagne from France, or New Mexico's gently priced, but high-quality, sparkling wine from Gruet.

Many visitors to Texas are surprised to learn that certain regions in the Lone Star State are ideal for growing wine grapes. At the Steakhouse, we are committed to sharing the sophisticated wines of Texas producers, along with all the winemaking regions of the world.
