Next door to The Gap Café , Hide & Horn is a bar inspired by the rugged poetry and untamed legacy of the Texas plains. Named for the lines that capture the soul of Texas:

At Hide & Horn, we serve up signature cocktails with bold character and time-worn charm, alongside a limited menu from The Gap Café  that honors simple ingredients with refined, ranch-style flair.

It’s a place to settle in, raise a glass, and toast to the stories that built this land, where the hoofbeats still echo, the wind still hums, and Texas still grows from hide and horn.
