This Father's Day, we're taking a little piece of Buffalo Gap to Dallas.

On Sunday, June 21, Tom Perini and the Perini Ranch Steakhouse team will be in Dallas for a special Father's Day Pop-Up at Easy Slider, the Dallas mini-burger brand founded by Tom's daughter, Caroline Perini, and her business partner, Miley Holmes.

For our family, this event is about more than great food!  It is about celebrating the traditions, values, and hospitality that connect two Texas brands.

Caroline often says she graduated from the "Culinary School of Dad."

Growing up at Perini Ranch, Caroline learned firsthand what it means to welcome guests, serve memorable meals, and create experiences that bring people together. Those lessons helped inspire Easy Slider, which started as one of Dallas' original gourmet food trucks 15 years ago and has grown into a thriving catering company and neighborhood gathering place.

Today, Easy Slider is known for creative sliders, craft cocktails, and the kind of hospitality that feels familiar to us. While the menu has evolved over the years, the heart of the business remains the same: great food, genuine hospitality, and a passion for gathering around the table.

This Father's Day, those worlds come together.

From 1 to 5 p.m., we'll be serving some of our favorite Perini Ranch classics at Easy Slider's East Side Ave. location, including our famous Mesquite Smoked Peppered Beef Tenderloin, Beef Brisket, Jalapeño Poppers, and signature Bread Pudding with whiskey sauce.

We'll also have copies of the new Perini Ranch Steakhouse Cookbook available for purchase, along with ranch merchandise.

For our Dallas friends who don't often make the trip to Buffalo Gap, this is a rare opportunity to enjoy Perini Ranch Steakhouse favorites in the city. For Tom and Caroline, it's a chance to celebrate Father's Day doing what they love most: sharing great food with good people.
