Join us Saturday, August 23rd and Saturday, August 30th from 10AM to 2PM as we celebrate the arrival of green chile season with live fire roasting right here at the Market. You’ll see (and smell!) fresh Hatch chiles tumble in the roaster over open flame, their skins blistering and their signature aroma filling the air.

Whether you love them in queso, folded into enchiladas, or topping a burger hot off the grill, these famous New Mexico peppers bring a burst of flavor that’s worth celebrating. Pick up a batch fresh from the roaster, take them home, and enjoy the taste of Hatch season all year long.
